There are sounds that evoke various emotions, build specific atmospheres, or take you to another world. Some become a bridge between two worlds, like a link between reality and the world of dreams. One way to produce such a sound is with the cello, and Dobrawa Czocher is a real master of playing this instrument.
Starting her musical education at the age of 7, Czocher walked her own path, which she follows to this day. In the meantime, she graduated from the Music University of F. Chopin in Warsaw, and Hochschule für Musik in Detmold, and then played in the Junge Deutsche Philharmonie (Young German Philharmonic). Today, she is the principal cellist at the Neue Philharmonie Berlin and a soloist at the Szczecin Philharmonic. Such a huge output at the age of only 30 makes it necessary to look for new challenges somewhere else.
