FAQ

  • The festival will take place from June 30th to July 2nd in Clermont Ferrand, on the Place du 1er Mai. It is located 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the city center (Tram: line / Bus: lines 2 & 3).

     

    The concerts will take place on 2 stages, in standing position. A village in the heart of the festival offers multiple theme bars, food and entertainment.

  • The official festival ticket office: on the festival’s website and on La Coopérative de Mai’s website (ticket office on site open on Wednesdays from 12pm to 2pm and from 4pm to 6.30pm).

     

    And also: on the website of our partner Contremarque. As well as with our distributors: Ticketmaster, FranceBillet, Seeticket, Festicket and the usual sales outlets (Fnac, Leclerc, Carrefour, Cultura, Auchan, Casino…).

  • DAY PASS > The day pass is valid for the whole day selected. It allows access to all the concerts of the selected day. Please note that any exit will be final for the day pass!

    WEEKEND PASS > The weekend pass is valid on Saturday and Sunday and allows access to all concerts on these two days. A wristband will be given to you after ticket control.

    3 DAYS PASS > The festival pass allows access to all concerts on all three days of the festival. A wristband will be given to you after ticket control. 

     

    Depending on your access, a wristband will be given to you at the time of access control. The wristband is personal and non-transferable, valid for one person only. Whatever the circumstances, the wristband must not be removed before the end of the validity of the pass, no duplicate will be provided.

  • Never buy your ticket from a website not approved by the festival, nor from a ticket scalper, as you may end up with a fraudulent ticket and will not be allowed into the festival!

  • These seats are reserved for :

    • students, apprentices, schoolchildren,
    • under 18 years old,
    • RSA beneficiaries,
    • job seekers,
    • carers accompanying people with reduced mobility

    The number of tickets is limited. Online purchase only on the official festival websites. ATTENTION: on presentation of valid supporting documents at the festival reception, at the entrance reserved for this purpose. Non-presentation of these documents will not allow access to the site.

  • Tickets for people with reduced mobility and their companions can only be purchased by email at billetterie@europavox.com . There are reserved spaces for people with reduced mobility and their companions within the festival grounds.

  • Children under 3 years of age are not allowed to enter the festival and children between 3 and 6 years of age are not recommended. All children/adolescents up to 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. A parental authorisation (contact details and telephone number) will be required for teenagers aged 14 to 16.

  • Pass Culture is a public service mission supported by the French Ministry of Culture. This system allows young people aged 15 to 19 to access an application with a credit of €300 valid for 24 months. It is possible to book a ticket for the festival via this scheme. To purchase with the Culture Pass, please contact billetterie@europavox.com directly.

  • With the Pass’Région, young people between 16 and 25 years of age receive a €30 credit valid for the purchase of tickets for shows, concerts, etc. As the Europavox Festival is a partner of the Pass’Région, holders of a Pass’Région can use this credit to purchase Passes. To make a purchase with your Pass’Région, please contact billetterie@europavox.com directly and send the following information: card number, file number, date of birth and the name of the pass you wish to reserve. We will then check the remaining balance on your pass and ask you to pay the balance by payment link or cheque.

     

    ATTENTION: The Pass’Région is valid until 31st May 2022. Given the validity periods and the booking procedures, applications must be made before 27th May at the latest.  More information: here.
